well today I searched and I realized that the first chap was released 6 years ago! I still remember that news I read on hoa hoc tro magazine writing about the trend of horror cartoons that disney pixar ble ble ble were setting. and now it has been 6 years! it’s like I’ve not read anything for 6 years duh where I’ve been.
being a cartoon movie doesn’t mean it’s just for kids. I realized that after watching coco. but this movie is just for kids. and for some desperate adults want to come back to their childhood to keep faraway from this cruel, not like cartoon world. !!
but not, this film still has something to be thought about it.
- it mentioned the over-protection from parents for their children. they cover their kids too much that their kids’ experience wasn’t like theirs. and moreover they can’t get the point of the lesson.
- there’s no differences between any kinds of people. we can’t judge them just because of their skin tone or their appearance. we have to treat them equally and think about how to treat them after we approach them. nobody wants any prejudices just because of something they can’t/don’t wanna change. accept the one that they want to be.
- don’t put expectations on children. they don’t know, they don’t want you treat them bad just because they don’t do like you expect. (Dennis was even feel bad just because he thought he wasn’t a monster like “everyone” like his grandpa hoped) in reality your grandpa won’t treat you like Dracula. they are badder than Dracula, haha.
